The rain began to pour down like water released from a dam. Seeing the intensity of the rain, everyone quickly found shelter under the building's sunside and corridor, afraid that they would catch a fever and it would affect their daily lives. But, regardless of the heavy rain, Arjun strode towards the canteen as he was completely drenched in rain. The resentment clouded on his expression as his mind rewind the incident that happened a while ago.

Arjun has never given importance to love or the attraction towards the opposite gender in his life. In his life, he has always given importance to his studies, improving his livelihood, and providing a good life for his family. However, in way to arise a desire to fall in love and instill the hope to enjoy the pleasure that love can bring, Sreemathi entered into Arjun’s life. She craved deep love in him for her which he could not overcome anyway, and made him completely enslaved to her love.

Sreemathi not only aroused love in Arjun's heart, but also awakened many dreams and desires. Arjun had many desires and dreams to fulfill with Sreemathi, after bringing his family to a good state as he desired.

Arjun had a strong hope that everything will go on smoothly in his life as he planned. However, in a way to shatter his hope, suddenly Sreemathi starts to ignore him. Sreemathi suddenly stopped talking to him completely. She was not ready to meet Arjun at the place where they usually meet during college breaks. She didn't answer any of his phone calls and replied to any of his messages. Sreemathi's anger and ignorance was completely new to Arjun who enjoyed her love and care until then. Sreemathi's ignorance starts to haunt Arjun slowly. He felt like he wasn't able to follow his daily routine, without talking to Sreemathi. Arjun's mind was in a complete daze without knowing the reason for Sreemathi's ignorance. May be if he knows the exact reason for her ignorance, he would overcome from this torture.

In order to overcome from this torture, Arjun decided to talk to her anyhow. Therefore, he went directly to her classroom during break time and bravely waited outside the classroom to talk to her and find out the reason for her neglect and anger.

On the other hand, Sreemathi, who knew that Arjun was waiting for her outside, did not come out of the classroom.

Arjun knew that Sreemathi knew that he was waiting for her. But, still she was not ready to come out of the classroom and meet him. Arjun decided not to leave without meeting her, no matter whatever happens. Both of them silently engaged in their own zeal.

Sreemathi looked at Arjun, who was standing outside of her classroom through the window, as she silently prayed for Arjun to leave from there, without causing any trouble for her. Sreemathi feared that the professor who would come to the classroom after the break, would see Arjun and learn about her relationship with Arjun. Sreemathi looked at the leather watch which she was wearing on her hand in anxiety, as the break time was about over.

Knowing that her delay would cause problems for her in continuing her studies in college, Sreemathi got up from the chair with the determination to cut off everything with Arjun today itself. She stormed out of her classroom and approached Arjun as her eyes exposed pure anger for Arjun. She was such a fool to believe in Arjun. She always had a doubt how super looking and handsome Arjun fell in love with someone like her, who was not beautiful to be paired with Arjun. She foolishly believed that Arjun loves her only, although all the beauty princesses of their college campus are fighting to be in a relationship with him. He always made her believe that beauty lies in how the person's character was, not with their appearance.

But, now that same Arjun cheated her. Bitterness spread once again in Sreemathi's heart as she remembered Arjun's delude. She doesn't want to destroy her life or drown herself in sadness, just because the person she loved cheated on her. She wishes to move on from this phase and forget everything and live her life peacefully. For that, she needs to push away Arjun from her life completely. Understanding that the place they are in was not a good place to have conversation and end everything. Sreemathi commands Arjun to follow her. As soon as they reached the place far from everyone gaze, Sreemathi just crossed her hands on across her chest and asked Arjun in a hard tone,

“What are you trying to do, Arjun ?.”

The angry and hateful gaze of Sreemathi, who had always greeted him with a smile until then, tore Arjuna's heart apart and also reduced his ability to breathe a little.

Arjun did not hesitate to express the pain that arose in his heart after seeing the change in Sreemathi. He expressed the grief in his face. Arjun tried to hold sreemathi hand as he uttered her name,

“Sreemathi.”

Sreemathi just took a step back when Arjun tried to hold her hand and passed a death glare to him as she vented out her frustration,

“Enough Arjun, don't think you can deceive me anymore. I regret loving you. The biggest mistake I made in my life is falling in your trap by believing your fake love. Now I know everything, Arjun. Your true nature and what type of person you are. I don't want to have any type of relationship with a cheater like you. So, stop all of your drama and leave me alone. I don't want any problems to be raised in my studies because of you. You know everything about me and how much my education is important to me. So, stop this game of yours and let me live peacefully. Let's be like strangers to each other. Just think like we didn't meet.”

Every word of Sreemathi directly pierced Arjun's already wounded heart and made him experience intense pain. Arjun looked at her with hurtful expression and asked her in a broken tone,

“ Why are you talking like this, Sreemathi ?. What happened to you suddenly ?. Why are you behaving strangely ?. You accuse me of being a cheater and even denoting my love as fake. Look at me and say, sreemathi. Do you really feel my love is fake ?.”

Arjun's words didn't cause any impact in Sreemathi's emotions and decision, just caused a sneer in her lips. She directly looked at him and told him in a fury,

“Yes Arjun, I never felt your love for me was true.”

Sreemathi words might look simple and clear, but it shattered Arjun's hope in their relationship.
