Though her parents stopped her education, Amutha is not ready to stop her education. She knows that education is very important for her to move on in her life and get a better life. Therefore, she applied for a scholarship and studied B.com through corres without knowing her parents. After completing B.com, she left sales job and joined a private sector bank as an accountant. Although she earns enough to run the house through an accountant job, she can't manage the medical expenses of her parent's through it. Therefore, she works part time in the library in the evening.

Even though she is doing everything for her parents, they are not ready to accept her as their real daughter. For them, Lavanya is their only daughter. She knew that instead of Lavanya, her parents would think that she should have died. Amutha's heart caused cruel pain as she thought of no one is there for her in this world. Although she accepted them as her parents and take care of them without any fault, they are not ready to accept her as their daughter. Even now Akash is not ready to mention them as her parents, he mentioned her father as Lavanya's parents. When Akash mentioned her father as Lavanya's father, She wished to shout that he is not only Lavanya's father, hers too.

Amutha controlled her emotions, knowing that arguing back with Akash was not going to bring her anything good. She replied akash in a low tone,

“He is not well, sir. He suddenly fainted at home and was admitted to hospital. Doctor checked him and said that he has some heart issues. So, in order to save him, have to do surgery urgently and it costs around 3 lakhs. I don't have that much money. Akash sir, please help me. Please save my fa..  I mean Lavanya's father. I will pay this back little by little every month. Please help me, sir. Please sir..”

Amutha completed her sentence as she kneeled on the floor with a loud sob. She can't imagine losing her father. She wants her father to be healthy and active. She can't see him like this. It's hurting her. Even though he didn't think of her as his daughter, he is her father always.

On the other hand, Akash's cunning mind was planning to use the Amutha situation in favour of him. He is currently in a tight situation without knowing how to convince his father who is stubborn in his decision to fix up his marriage  with his friend's daughter. Akash was not interested in marriage. He can't think of his future with someone else, other than lavanya. His heart belongs to lavanya. Although she is no more, he doesn't think that his heart will accept someone else to rule over it. He doesn't want to think about it.

Now he needs Amutha’s help to escape from the trouble which his father dropped on his head and eating up his peace for the last month. His father needed an heir to get maximum share from the family business. For that, he is forcing him to marry his friend's daughter. His father's main priority is to get an heir through him in order not lose the company. Therefore, he decided to use Amutha to get the heir.

A smile spread across his face as he found a way out of something that had been giving him headaches for the past month. Akash looked at Amutha with a sardonic smile who was kneeling on the floor with bowed head and sobbing hard. Without covering up the mocking smile on his face, he tapped his foot on the floor in order to get her attention.

Akash motioned her to stand on her feet when she looked up at him and told her in a steady tone after she was on her feet,

“I will take care of all your father's medical expenses. But, in return you must sleep with me and bear a child for me. If you agree with it, I will pay your father's medical expenses right now. I'll give you a blank check. Fill it with as much money as you want. But, in return I want a child. What are you saying, Amutha ?.”

Amutha narrowed her eyes in confusion as she listened to akash words silently. She can't distinguish whether Akash is telling the truth or not. Amutha tried to analyse Akash's facial expressions to find out the reason behind his words. Noticing the mocking smile on his words, Amutha came to the conclusion that Akash is doing everything to humiliate her. As fresh pain start to rule over her heart, amuthu fisted her hand to control her emotions and requested akash in a broken tone,

“ Sir, please help me. I know you are saying all this to humiliate me. I know you despise my presence, but I don't have any other option other than seeking your help. Please save my father. Please sir.. please sir..”

Akash raked his fingers through his hair in irritation. Akash was annoyed to see Amutha's behaviour as if she didn't understand anything he was saying. Akash let out a sharp breath to hold on his frustration, knowing that letting out his frustration on her will collapse his plan to use her to get an heir. After bringing the vexation under his control, he moved towards the study table in the hurry and got a cheque book from the drawer and signed in it. As he tear off cheque from the cheque book, he sat on the chair and placed cheque on the table  and uttered in a strong tone,

“ See, I don't have time to play with you. I want a child in order to not lose my company. So, I want you to sleep with me and get pregnant with my child. After the baby is born, you can go wherever you want. I won't stop you. I will arrange everything for you to live your life luxuriously after the birth of the child. Your only responsibility is to sleep with me and get pregnant. But, after the baby is born, you will have nothing to do with the child. You will not have any rights over the child. The full ownership of the child rests with me alone. You should not make any attempt to come into the child's life in the right of the child's mother. After the birth of the child, you will not have any relation with me nor the child. Got it ?. If you are okay with all this condition, get this blank cheque and fill it with as much money as you want to do your father's treatment. If you are not interested in my suggestion, LEAVE FROM HERE WITHOUT INFURIATING ME.”
